Son of seeds merchants in the city center of Colmar (France), Serge Voltz created in 1985 his company distributing floral and vegetable seeds to horticulturists and market gardeners and logically calls it "GRAINES VOLTZ".

In 30 years, GRAINES VOLTZ has become the first independent French company in this market. The company, through strong convictions, has been able to anticipate the needs of its customers by becoming the ambassador of unique genetics in France, has democratized the access to varieties from vegetative propagation and has gradually established itself as the best distributor of young plants in France.

With its established positioning on the French market, GRAINES VOLTZ is now pursuing its development in Europe.

With the creation of VOLTZ HORTICULTURE, the company is more committed than ever to supporting the success of its customers through solutions adapted to their markets.

An integrated transport service, order picking platforms located in the heart of French production basins, dedicated trucks, a widespread use of consignees, are all measures that, from production to delivery, guarantee an optimal service, unique in Europe. This logistics 'DNA' also benefits seed deliveries, whose shipping time does not exceed on average 24 to 48 hours for the 10,000 items (4,000 vegetables – 6,000 flowers) in the catalogues.
